Our staff is fluent in Spanish and speaks English exceptionally well, ensuring a quick and seamless experience from your initial rental inquiry to check-in to any questions or concerns along the way.

After booking your rental, you’ll receive an email with details about our fully virtual check-in process. This email will include a link to the Akiles app, which serves as your digital key, allowing you to unlock doors with a simple tap on your smartphone. Just in case your phone is out of battery or you experience connectivity issues, a physical keycard will be waiting for you inside the unit. We recommend keeping this card with you at all times as a backup. Our check-in email also includes contact information for reaching our team with any general questions, along with separate details for weekend and emergency support.

Upon entering your unit, you’ll find a printed guide with all the essential information for your stay, including Wi-Fi credentials, the emergency services number, and more. You’ll also find a summary of the apartment rules and important information about the checkout process, all in one convenient place.
